WARRANTY HONOR ONLY WITH PURCHASED RECEIPT-

1) NO REFUNDS-NO EXCHANGES-NO EXEPTIONS

Please be sure you are buying the right size that fits your vehicle. (The term vehicle includes all types of vehicles we sell batteries for)

2)Batteries installed on vehicles with aftermarket equipment are NOT cover-

Audio, Lights, Electric Suspension hidraulics or other electrical related

3) Show , Proyect or Classic cars are authomatic NOT cover for any warranty

Due to the processes to fix those cars , batteries are over used and NOT COVERED.

4) Batteries sold by Battery Xpress tested or recharged by other parties

We don't trust 3rd parties to handle our products. If you buy here , and have any issues , please bring it back to us. If the batteries are charged o recharged by other companies have NO WARRANTY.

5) Batteries are sold to be used as Manufacturer Specifications only.

Any other use is not covered. Auto Batteries are manufactured to be recharged by the Alternator. Any other method including trickle charge VOIDS your warranty, Watering Systems VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES.

6) If you are planning leave your vehicle NON OPER., for more than 10 days.

Due to the equipment , computers, alarms, your car is using your battery 24/7 and will be discharged , even death In those cases the warranty will cover FREE attempt to recharge the same battery, and depending on the damage will take or no the charge but is no replacement available.

Always do maintenance on Lead Acid Batteries, check water levels and prevent corrosion on terminals. Corrosion may affect Batteries, terminals and other electrical parts. Lack of maintenance VOID warranties automat

7) BATTERIES FOR IMPORTED EUROPEAN CARS OLDER THAN 14 YEARS ARE NOT COVER

8)NEW BATTERIES WARRANTIES COVER BY MANUFACTURER

It usually takes 1 week to get a response by the manufacturer.

Warranties are honored by the Manufactures NOT BY THE STORE.

If your warranty reads BLEM , it means you paid 50% of the retail price and therefore receive 50% of the original Warranty.

9) All warranties are prorated- ( example: 24 Months warranty after 18 months of use got only 6 Months left credit of the original price).
